Last week the New York Times Styles Section ran an article about celebrities as diet plan spokespersons. Where I think weight loss programs can be helpful to people trying to lose weight; I think they miss the mark.
 
Having been in the fitness/wellness industry for over twenty years, I have helped transform many men and women.  It has never been just about losing weight and inches, but also learning how to make positive lifestyle changes that help maintain your results – Sound Mind Sound Body©.
